  Emotional support animals are protected by the Fair Housing Act. Landlords can not discriminate against you for having one. If you are in need of emotional support animal documentation, please contact the office before informing a landlord or leasing office. At this time, letters are written for dogs and cats. Other animals will be done on a case by case basis. ESA letters are strictly for housing and can usually be provided after an evaluation and follow up session to determine need and ability to manage pet care responsibly.

The first step in stabilization and recovery is getting everyone on the same page. Nurses have always acted as translators between patients, families, providers and insurance. Family education and advocacy services will be outlined after initial assessment and agreed upon by the interested party (or parties) prior to scheduling.
